I know I've been a fully paid up member for some time, but when I renewed I paid an extra £5 for a welcome pack and you still haven't sent it!

Just to be clear about this, the mythical welcome pack does not exist. You will get some stickers or a keyring when you resubscribe, but at the moment, unless MTL is in the middle of sorting something then that's it. I think this confusion arose from an initial idea which never got developed further.

 

Also, nobody should pay 'extra' for anything. There is a new sub fee and a re-sub fee. If you were the person who transferred £27 to the bank account a couple of months back, then I'll happily refund the extra £5, as I couldn't work out who it was from at the time.
