Some of you will know that I had a very unfortunate incident with a motorbike just before Christmas which I'll admit has taken a little bit of time to get over mentally, and I'm still not fully over physically.

But at long last I have been paid out from my insurance and got myself another Zed, and a good one at that (thanks Rossy) :nana2:

The last week it has been having an alarm fitted and also most of my old stereo that I rescued from my old zed. Big thanks to Safe & Sound Bob for that, top job as usual. :)

It does feel a little different and more wayward at the back than my UK car, but it could be the larger wheels and smaller steering wheel. Am going to get laser allignment done all the same.

It's a great feeling being able to look out of my window at such a graceful shape again. Off to the Pod next weekend for the Redline rumble to see how she performs :hyper:

well good for you mate .. accidents can drain you mentally, best thing to do is to get back in the driving seat and get on with it. My Mr's had a terrible accident on the M25 when a foreign lorry went into her at a junction .. took her over 2 years to get over it ..

ENJOY the Zed again ..

all the best,

Chris

YAY!!

Welcome back Alex!!

Make sure you come to the pod on 22nd May! :D

good on you mate, ihad an accident not to long ago, takes time to lose the bad vibe being back behind the wheel, but once confidence returns fully you will be fine :)

Nice one mate - always nice to hear of another Zed and their owner staying on the road.
