hi all,

havent put much input to the site due to me working loads on my zed, everything is done now, engine wise now its in the body shop for a massive £££ spray job, i really wanted to show it at all the shows, but because of my job i am now off to Cyprus for 6- 9mths, so i will loose out big time, i dont no wether to sell her after all the work is done or to keep her and ask a mate to take it to the shows for me, what i have done is amazing and sum people have even said its impossible, but me and my wizard at customise perfection in southampton have worked wounders. i have put in all about 17K into it, just making it look amazing and go really well.

 

What do you think i should do guys, i leave next week sumtime. i would be open to GOOD OFFERS but they would have to be good, due to my time money and effort on it, auto beast will know what im on about, he has seen my engine bay, (hi mate by the way hows the course).

Put it in storage, drain all the fluids, take the battery out!! Job done!

im so pissed off about it, i was so lokking forward to showing her off and now its all for nothing, i feel sick to the bone.... my mate who is doing all the spraying and mods said he would take it to the shows for me so thats good, but it just if he has time thats all......

Really sorry to hear, but if you keep her at least you will have something fantastic to look foward to when you come home.

 

You would'nt make back hardly anything you've spent on her, so does'nt really make any financial sense to sell up.

 

Be sure to post up all the pictures and spec before you go though. Would love to see whats been done.

i no theres shows next yr but by then ppl might have thought of the stuff that i have done and then mine will just look second best if you know what im on about, i hope it will be there at japfest, my mate will be taking it, even if he has to take it on the bac of a trailor, save on petrol hahaha.

Just my little personal opinion here. If I had a car that I had invested £17K in and had to leave it for 6/9 months I would look at putting it in professional, secure,insured,airconditioned storage with a suitable maintenance program built in. no disrespect to your mate but.....

try and find a place like that in salisbury mate and i will do it, especially ones that you can trust, i can keep it at my mates spray shop but then you have to think of dust and stuff, i will sort it out, i am gunna keep it i think now, and just keep adding to it when i get bac.
