just had a mortgage bloke round giving me all the info i need, and he is going to put an offer in on a house for me in the morning. Im all excited and nervous at the same time. This is a very close second to the time i bought my zed :smash:

good luck with the house, but how come he's putting the offer in for you? i thought it was down to you to make the offer through the estate agents.. no one else.

 

Plus, theres no way i'd trust one of those mortgage advisors as far as i could throw them, they are on a comission and probably wont sell you the policy thats best for you but the one that makeshim the most comission.

 

Have you been round all the banks and building societies and priced them up directly yet?

Most will do quotes on their websites..

the mortgage bloke is a freind of mine and the house im after is next door to where im living at the moment and i dont want them to know that im interested, if they know im interested they will be knocking on my door day and nite, thats why ive got him to put the offer in for me. I know people are always out to get what they want but sometimes u have to let your gaurd down every now and then and ask for help, hope your move is succseful cheers again lads for the support i need it at the momentg
