Tyre pressure unit convertor

Hi,

 

Just a little query ...

 

I've just noticed the markings on the space-saver tyre in the boot. It reads:

4.2kg/cm^2. I've just put that figure into a convertor on the internet and it came back with roughly 60psi! Does that not sound a bit on the high side? That would be like driving around with a bomb in the back. Imagine what would happen if it went pop!

    They're funny tyres and I think that would be about right for an emergency space saver.
