well Ive finished my Baby Z thats its name anyway.

Its ready to be road registered for the day time only and a brake light within my helmet!

hand movements for indicators etc..

only problem is no suspension. and deff not road legal tyres at the mo for drifiting and donut purposes :D

Its a twin engine Extreme Kart.

=400cc

might bring it to TOTB as a secret weapon for the Z ers. well stick a fairlady badge on the back. LOL

Kicks out 20hp from one gear.

Im building a twin, V twin 620 at the moment which will have the same characteristics as an hayabusa from 0-90 apart from the problem with gearing for certain situations.

chris :D

Ps they are all generator engines not bike engines

You been into karting for long m8?

Do you do endurance or sprints?....and what tracks you go to?

Rye House / Tilbury / Red Lodge / Buckmore Park

any of those bud?

Im into 2 stoke karting...

This reminds me that I must get my ROTAX 125(PowerValve) out again....nothing like blasting round a track...out brakeing yourself and then going head on into the tyres :smash:

Dont worry we should all plan a meet in a couple of months would be great fun..

closest track to me thats quite big is Rednal in wales(midlands wales ie shropshire) and the one in milton keynes Ive never really been to more tracks as transport etc and theres not a massive followings for the gx200 engines anymore apart from the odd races that pop up..

its all twin gx160's now

the only real thing to enter for a race is an open race where any 4 stroke can take part but then you can guarantee some bloke in a 620 Vtwin will turn up and lap everyone about 6 times they are all torque..

Now TWo strokes are frantic quick but have to be rebuilt serviced all the time etc

most tracks are starting to fade them out because of noise they make and emissions although they are very quick ie TVR cerbera quick..

hence why Im building a mental 620 Vtwin :nana2:

thanks

chris ;)

Its 20 quid to go to most tracks all day and just thrash around which is good money. and its 20 quid to enter an endurance race on a summers thursday night from 7pm till 11pm constant racing pit stops etc..

what do you get for 20 quid these days

blumin well worth it!

Tottally agree there.....I did a few track days in me ex BMW and that was fookin expensive....

got into karting coz the smileys per doller is mahusive

Tyres bit cheaper too :D lol

night races are cool with the floodlights on...feels like a completely different track.

Init...new piston every race if ur pro but otherwise you can make em last bout 2-3 months.

Setting them up just right all the time is a pain but rewarding when you get it right

The noise is a big problem for us 2stroker karters :headvswal ....One of my local MotoCross tracks is also closing soon because theres a housing development being built a couple of miles away :xxx:

Roll on the summer....although karting in the winter with ice round the edges of the track is good practice....Stay outa them there shadows

fookin ace!!!

fookin ace!!!

You can check out my kart on my website(link below)

I havn't finished the Kart page yet but will be uploading some more piccys soon ;)

you know Mat and his brother then? Is Jody still there?

The best track I've been to is defo Glan-y-Gors halfway between the Bala lights and Betesy-Coed on the A5. Its a full FIA job, but they do have a 400 enduro race every week. You must have a team of four. Some of those 400 4strokes are pulling 40 ish bhp
