Right put this thread up last year but got a few replies but tried them to no avail!!

 

1 Tried ecu with known working one

 

2 tried switches on pedals seem ok!

 

3 tried fuses etc all ok

 

so any one any ideas on what else to try

does the green light come on when you press the cruise control button on the instrument cluster?

Mine did, it just wouldnt set using the steering wheel button.

I had to change the switch on the brake pedal, i know you said it seems ok, but does that mean you have taken it out and tested it properly?

just kidding :x: just tried to get a reading if power is there and there was

but will try to swap with my bro's before he sells it ;)

The switch has to be adjusted properly so that when the pedal is operated it opens the circuit and cuts the cruise....there is a risky way of checking this or if you are able to get into the shape of a pretzel do it with a multimeter. (adj swithc in situ so that when pedal operated the switch operates)

Easier to take the seat out if you do this, 4 bolts and loads of room!
