Oh poo, Im having a bit of a nightmare....

I'm loving my Zed lots at the minute, its behaving pretty well (besides sucking too much juice...!) :D

and following boost upgrade later this month will be (by my standards) as fast as fook...

Im torn now between two ideas... pumping a few more grand into the old girl... new wheels, leather interior, and a few other bits and bobs...

or...

spend nothing (besides servicing) keep her for a few months, flog her or break her... then get an early 90's Porsche 911.... (about 14-15k's worth)

what do you reckon?

I think the porkers from that time still look pretty up-to-date and as with all cars If i get a goodun should be relatively trouble free. (no turbos to worry about, will be getting an NA!)

Parts, running and insurance is probably going to cost similar to the zed anyway, labour at porsche will cost a bomb though...

the main plus that I can see is the depreciation, compared to the zed a porsche will keep its value really well...

someone round the corner from me had a white standard jap spec tt. He sold it for an early 911. Within 6 months hed bought his old z back.

really? that speaks volumes I guess... I drove a 911 a few years back and was impressed, I guess I had better check them out again and compare the drive to the zed ...
