Bloody ell just realsed ive not added all the mirrors ive got through onto that, that will take it ast £6k i bet!!!

Just worked out that including petrol tax purchase price mods servicing and repairs that the zed is costing 50.11 pence per mile to run.

Excluding fuel etc ie just serving and maintenence its costing just under 15p a mile, which cosidering the performance is a fookin bargain i think.

Long live the zed!!!!

I reckon I was owed over 5k by it by the time I gave up, even including what I've got back for bits of it since!

Well, I've finally got round to completing my text in my ride section and can't believe what I bought since last October  . To be honest, I'm afraid to total it all up  . I wouldn't car, the car was totally standard when I bought her in Oct '04. Every penny I have spent has been to improve the car. Nothing has been spent due to problems/breakdowns. There, I've gone and given it the kiss of death now :headvswal SH*T

Im at about 9k excluding car and running costs.

Id be happy with 20k, as long as it gets back from the pod tomorrow in one piece :D

im not bad on this one, around £1500 I think, series 2 ptu, new rims, xplod, a window motor, 2 wipers, this is good for me, spent 10k on my evo, 10k on my supra tt, the zed is a good car, dam good

I bought my car for £7k and it already had the following mods: SE bodykit, alloys, stage 2 turbos, air filter, uprated clutch, underdrive pulley, full SS exhaust system, boost gauge, forged pistons, running @ 16 psi - and a full engine re-build by SE/Nisstek.

Since then I have only spent on two new Eagle F1 rear tyres, servicing by Ztech and a Road Angel 2 - so less than £1k spent.

Glad your gettin into the car mate. I voted 15k plus, cos I would have really gone the whole hog with it in the end.

Get some modded IC's, to release the air flow and some bigger injectors cos they may be running on their limit .. ish!!, and you will be V happy 8)

mods alone on my yellow peril i spent about 12k ish but none of that was on labour as i did most of the work myself!! so including the car just under 20k :)

we must be mad ;)

Just spent 6K this month alone!!!

PPS, Z Centre, Leather retrim, strosek wide ass etc etc etc

Just waiting to see the results
