whats in the way?

like the oil filler relocation

I think the starter motor gets in the way but if you remove the air con you can re locate the starter motor to where the air con was :)

it looks like half the engine mate - mostly the air con though, which i really dont want to loose - i'm hoping that with the multi throttle intake manifold i can bring a 62mm intake over and round the side of the manifold where the existing throttles are located - may have to move the fuses though

alex

I thought you had the same manifolds macca has? i know he has had to have a few bits moved and some different pipework but you should be able to keep the existing plenum setup....if you want to ;)

mac can probably confirm this i know he had his air con removed and i think he had his water pump re-located - this would free up the room i need but i really dont wnat to junk the air con.

No pain no gain lol

Lose the air con buddy you dont needs it :)

I think mac has done what i was going to have to ie move the starter over to the air con position as theres much more room on that side.

Aircon only saps up power mate and makes the car do even less MPG!!

that def looks impressive russ will be interesting to see once done.

Today has given me some insperation to get mine back on the road, spoke to peter he said my pistons will be ready to collect this week so should be rebuilding next weekend :hyper:
