I have been reading through the posts for a month or so now and keep seeing these strange abbreviations such as:

 

LOL

ROFLMAO

LMAO

LMFAO

IMHO

 

Would someone please let me in on the meaning of these codes?

You do get homologations of these such as ROFLMAO - just use yer noodle on these
