Half way finished

Got half way dont one me guage cluster, but couldnt fit the dials.

 

No FAQ's anywhere, my dials wont fit over the needle so the needles will HAVE to come off, do you think they would?

If anyone knows the top secret to getting the needles of to fit the dials, let me know.
