I have heard that i am receiving some bad press on this board, i cannot locate the thread where this has taken place, if someone could point this out that would be great.

 

I have not dealt with many of you guys but those who i have dealt with i have not had any problems with.

 

I have sold several bumpers to guys on here who have been over the moon with the quality, finish and fitment of the bumpers, and the price.

 

Occasionally delivery times may vary depending on the stock level of my suppliers, especially Bomex.

 

Everyone, on every board knows that Bomex are very very slow. Since moving their production to the far east they only get one huge container in every 6 weeks or so, this is to supply the entire USA. Bomex is run by 2, yes TWO guys, they never answer the phone and they never give precise ETAs, this makes it very difficult for the likes of myself to give my customers accurate information. I do not tell lies to people, if someone want Bomex i state that there is going to be a wait. I have heard of people waiting 6 months for Bomex parts and longer. There is someone from the board who is waiting for a Bomex bumper, your bumper is now with my supplier and i am bringing it over to the UK next week. Another guy wanted the UAD188 but seeing as i had a UAD098 in stock they have now chosen to go for this one. Another customer of mine, and i do not know whether he uses this forum, bought a UAD188 which too a long time to arrive, i inspected it and it was fine, sent it to him, he signed for it without checking it and it was damaged. If he is slating me then this is not fair, i offered a replacement bumper at my cost but obviously this would take time again. I DO NOT control my suppliers, if i did i would be running them a hell of a lot better than there are!!!

 

There have been comments made about the Demon front bumper i had on ebay, i personally think this is a great bumper but the lights are expensive to go with it as they have to come from Japan. I have attempted to become a Trader on the forum about 4 months ago but they stated there were already enough which is fine.

 

Recently my personal life has become a nightmare, im not going into details as that not the way i work but lets just say a lesser person would have been on the pills for a cry for help.... This is not an excuse but a fact and i would be grateful if the people concerned could take this into consideration when slating me and my business.

 

This post is not in any way advertising my company, i can help anyone out who wants anything related to a Jap car but it is meant to clear some bad air which i have been made aware of. Im a decent guy, professionlly qualified accountant with years of experiance, i actually own a Supra which is all kitted out, and i am just trying to offer the UK market some new stuff at good (not rip off) prices, but sometimes there are delays.

Chris the thread that appeared last nigt regarding your company was due to customer service/time delay. It was pointed out to the author of this thread of a personal issue in your life which may have resulted in the problems he was having with his transaction, with that in mind he asked for it to be moved out view until confirmed ( a decent thing to do) i believe it was later confirrmed of your personal problems and if the post cannot be found, it is i guess because it's been removed to save any embarrasment or ill feeling.

So in short protecting your reputation.

Am aware of no other problems regarding your company.

So i imagine that's the end of it, good luck and best wishes for the future.
