To those that have sold a used set of Alloys, and posted them - what are typical costs for 4 alloys without tyres - Which couriers....will Royal mail take them...etc

 

cheers....Im about to Put a set of 17" Bmw M5 Throwing star alloys on ebay, but was concerned about postage costs if buyer cant collect.

your looking at about £40 by courier m8

royal mail will redirect you to parcel force and suck you dry

they have to be boxed/packed and as long as they are not to heavy?

better strapping two together with the bands or similar, lot cheaper 2 parcels than 4, A LOT cheaper if one, but not seen an arnie look alike courier who will lift them in one :eek:

I sold a set of alloys with tyres, it cost me 50quid with a company called MSD, all you gota do is put them ona pallet
