Thanks Jaffa , youve saved me the bother of writing it myself!

Weather was dry , bright and COLD. Best I could manage today was 16.06 against a 15.94 last month!

Still got problems with the nut behind the wheel also.

Next round April 10th........... Will do better....... will do better.........etc..

went today, not a great turn out, and a very slippy surface. Not many people happy with there times, I only managed a 13.3 with slicks!!! really couldn't get any grip:cry:

most TT's were in the 14's, Mike Feeny's 350 in the 15's (normally low 14's) etc.

Did see the Norris Designs 200 that was for sale a little while ago (the 500+bhp), it was knocking out consistent 11's.

Bloody hell Jaffa must of been worse than last months outing, not known it to be that slippy this time of year, was well crap last time, maybe we should try Shakespear County Raceway for a change, allways a good surface, think theres a jap meet/rwyb soon too, will check,.

Not happy with your gearbox Pete :( what time did you get.

Tony :)

Yeah 3rd and 5th gear are ~0.000001mm apart lol, which I reconfirmed on my first run and got 15.6.

Then my FMIC blew off again on my 2nd run and I got 15.5 with the clutch down from changing to 4th gear. I won that race though :D NOw my 3rd-4th change crunches though ffs gimme an auto any day :(

I've added a gearbox to my engine bits list :rolletes:

Totally annoyed with my times. Best I managed was 15.2 @ 95mph with 13psi but 3rd gear felt so lazy. No-one told me that SUPERCHIPS are bloody shite. Gotta make sure I get new chip and have exhaust, flywheel, clutch and ud pulley done before I do another run! :headvswal

ello, do you have to have done the first rounds to come along? id love to do this but only just found out about it, cant do april 10th but would be up for may! any room for one more in may?

excellent, cheers mate. what sort of time have you got to be ther, gonna try and make the 22nd may.

Posts: 30 excellent, cheers mate. what sort of time have you got to be ther, gonna try and make the 22nd may.

I like to get there around 9.00am so I can get signed on and into the queue on the fire up road to get out as soon as they open the strip.

Thanks for that, who do you need to pay, is it something the club has organised or do you just pay 'on the door' at santa pod as it were?

You pay on the door

£10 per person to get in, then £15 to 'sign on' which lets you do as many runs on the strip as you like. You need your licence.

(not like the 'signing on' I'm used to on giro day!)
