Found a new feature on my alarm Saturday...!!!

Well, it's funny now, but wasn't at the time with almost no fuel...

If you have an alarm with "Anti-Hijack", like the Toad or Cliffard, just think about how fun it can be if it thinks you're the hi-jacker... little git... locked me out of the car with the engine running for an hour, until we managed to break in, (far to easy I have to say - now I'm thinking of more security again).

If you have this feature consider carrying an extra key or get it turned off! When it goes wrong it really takes the biscuits...

Oeer yes!

I left my stereo on the other day and it flattened the battery _almost_

There was still enough power in the battery to keep the Toad alive. But would the little ribbitting bastard let me back in my car? nope!!Also my car is de-locked so no manual overide... grrr couldnt do a thing!. Luckily I remembered (after an hour of embaressing deliberations) that i could get in thru the boot.

These alarms are great until so help you god they see you as the enemy!!

Ribbit.

Yes - I did that.

Except I did it at a friends house (showing off, don't you know).

Shame I only had one key - because it happened after midnight, the locksmith charged me £175 for 10 seconds work to open it.

Don't think I'll ever live that one down...
