FWIW, I think that Pipex are shite. Their support desk is a complete waste of time and their complaints dept./customer service stinks. The only good thing is the quality of the connection.

 

Everybody will have 1Mb soon as BT upgraded things a while ago and everyone else is playing catch-up.
