I have recently been caught driving w/o insurance :headvswall: (not entirely my fault i WAS insured, just that the details were wrong on my policy because my father set it up (as a birthday present) and omitted some details, i got pulled for something, given producer and documents were wrong....) an when i decalre this my insurance seems to go up >£400. This seems hardly fair to me as it does not make me any less of a good driver and I have a years no claims which has now become invalid :( Do I have to decalre a conviction such as this to insurance companies when renewing my insurance this month? If i don't will this invalidate my policy?
Cheers
