yes bud, and I have acess to it :)

 

its called Milltown airfield and I live right next to it, not sure they ever had bike meets there but they have rallies twice a year, the surface isnt that good for bikes anymore as the concrete is all laid sectionally and the joints are beginning to become rough, the cops use it for playing about on aswell, skid practice etc.
