but are my plates right m8??

as the smaller plate (which i have two of) you seem to have connected to the afm, whereas ive got one big plate (which you seem to have two of lol)

just worried the large plate ive got in position won't fit to the afm??

ive attached the photo so you can see what im waffling about

 it does seem you got them wrong, but just line them up and see if they do fit mate cos i think the holes might be the same fittings.... good luck bud.

will check tomorrow:(

but the larger plate ive got in position, the screw holes are approx 3"

apart, anyone any idea what the afm measuremnts are??

may have to order another large plate by the look of it

(the smaller plates are 2 1/2" ish)

Hi mate, don't worry yours is okay, the 2 maf plates you have in the pic with no filter on, swap them round, reason being is you already had a Z apexi which you've fitted correctly, now the plate on the left of pic is the same and goes to your MAF, When your other Apexi arrives it fits the remaining plate, yours appears different because you already had an apexi and Matt didn't and i do the plates to suit the apexis you have or are getting, they have different bases see and i just have all the templates for them all

cheers

hmm, twin Apexi's ;)

:D :D Hmmmmmmm twin MAF's.........Git :slap:

This was going to be my next mod, bored of my HKS filter.

Whats the benefits of this system? Both Sgt C's and Jaffa's?

Is this known as dual POP? :)

I have done mine just to help her breath easier :D as for Jaffa's and Chris's they have got the 2nd MAF aswell which IMHO is only worth doing if you have done some serious mods to the engine and internals.....might be wrong but....open to advice :D

Pretty much Matt, the Full dual cone/MAF set up is really for those stretching on existing set up in the mid 400's, where as the set up You and I have is to simply greatly increase the volume of Air getting forced into the system to increase current torque/power. Consumer experience shows Apexi's to perfrom probably about the best there is, so having 2 is even better :nana2:

cheers
