Totally unrelated....

Does anyone know if i can download a programme designed for a mac computer to my dell laptop...then save it...burn it on cd...then install on a mac???

Will it work...will it change the programme file format and fook it up???

 

Any ideas please

    Shouldn't be any problems - it's all 1s and 0s. When I worked in video games I used to download the latest Dreamcast sound library utils from Sega (onto PCs) and do what you've asked. I don't know that things have changed that much since then.

    It wont be a problem! I have a few CD's full of SIT files :D Downloaded on PC copied & installed on a mac off the CD.

     

    In fact I have a load of MAC CD's that if anyone wants, they can have... Genuine OS-X (pre-panther) MS Office for mac etc etc PS7 and a shed load of others... I don't want to just bin 'em.
