got my hks intercoolers today well chuffed ordered them yesterday and arrived today, so thanks johhny very much.

will try fit them by the end of the week or beggining next week, want them on for dyno day.

I am but in the other direction, probably have the lowest bhp

IC's won't do that much for you on a RR will they? They need nice cold hi-flowing rushed air at speed to be effective!

But if you cool them down first they act as a great heat sink. Hence the freezer spray.

 

They'll never be much cop for short runs, unless already good and cold, but for sustained running they can make a big difference.

I wonder if Wazza decares all these goodies to his Insurance Company

 

 

Well he's got an import so it's gonna be hell on earth trying to reinsure it next time, now that Firebond will no longer require his business !

I can see warren taking a couple of buckets of dry ice in with him and packing it around any visible radiator type things

They should be blowing the front of the car at the rolling road anyway They need to to keep the engine temperature down - granted it doesn't do much but this will have a very slight(ish) effect on the ICs - remember I said ISH!!!

I can see him doing all of the above and the dyno going off the scale, smoke pouring off the rollers and then WaZZas car launches itself like a fookin' large Strawberry firework(with only half a decent exhaust on...ROFL ) straight up through the roof whizz banging and BANG!!!

 

No more Super Faggered Strawberry 10,000 bhp'd nutter wagon to be seen again!

 

Just us lot left staring up at the 300ZX shaped hole in the roof of the Dyno shop!
