Garage space for anyone?

I am about to mess about with some body mods (bought a new bonnet, some bumpers - the fiat rear light panel ect..) and asked a mate who owns a garage if I could borrow some space to paint them..

 

He said no, but put me in touch with a guy who is renting out his whole yard.

 

Apparently there is a fourcourt for 30 cars, a huge lock up garage for 10 cars, a small workshop and a portacabin for an office.

 

It is available really cheaply. It is in Hertfordshire near south mymms

 

(Thats where the A1 crosses the M25)
