Despite it being bloody freezin' today -managed to get the koyo in and polished water pipes fitted[cheers homebrew].

Everything going well apart from when it came to fit the rad kit from Smithy,obviously aftermarket rad, so needed to ''modify'' the pipes etc :D

i fitted a new rad today too.

Well, said I was doin the headlights today.............and bugger me it DID snow :rolleyes:

Managed to sort one out so the other will be easy enough :)

 

slight opening out of the housing!

 

Then a quick check to get the beam pattern right......

 

Now how to seal up that big hole...take one corsa headlamp boot and convert it!!

 

Fit the bulbholder assy and jobs a good un'!

 

Here's hoping the car will be back on the road while it's still dark!! ;)

With the light out-about an hour an half!-now I know what to do with the other light, should be half hour tops[touches wood] ;)
