yep, as long as u use http:// at the front the forum automatically wraps it in the corrent VB code for it to appear.

How the hell do I post a link on this thing?

Take a look at this pic/screen shot, and you'll see a little world with a chain link on it.

Pres this World, and another box comes up like this....

You can write what you want the link to say.... ie..... Follow This Link ....... This is what will be displayed when your post is complete....... Follow This Link..........

 

Next press the OK button and this box will come up...

attachment.php?attachmentid=7988&stc=1

this is where you either type in the web address or paste it in.

If you ignor the first box (or don't want to put different word in) and press OK you go straight to the second box and type in the address and it will apperar in the post as a web address....

Thanks for the answer but will have to find out what a ULR is before I can do a link :headvswal I can fit a boiler or a bathroom but this IT stuff is a bit hi tec for a thick Plumber :duffer:
