Does anyone have any flywheel bolts for a manual. ie, bolts to hold the flywheel to the crank? I'm doing a conversion from auto to manual & the bolts are different!!!!

According to the parts database the part number is the same.. 12315-30P01..

I've got both flywheels on the bench & the metal on the manual one is a lot thicker than that on the Auto flywheel. I rekon that the bolts should be 1cm longer on the manual.

Strange, parts DB definitely shows the same part numbers...

Although interestingly, it shows the auto's flexplate as having an insert in the centre that the bolts go through.. does yours have that small plate? (you can see it on the right of that pic).. maybe yours is missing that plate and therefore the bolts are shorter.. in which case 12315-30p01 should fit fine..

It does have that plate with it. I rekon the total thickness of auto flywheel & plate is about 8mm whilst the manual flywheel (has no plate) is about 18mm thick!! If I put the auto bolts through the manual flywheel, they only stick out by about 3mm! Big Problem!!!

Dunno then m8, I'm out of ideas now given that it lists identical part numbers frown.gif

Over to anyone else...
