Wish upon a star charity car show

 

Dear Club Founder/Organiser

 

Just to let you know that the date for the show is 11th and 12th June 2005 which is a Saturday and Sunday!

 

The entry prices are changed slightly higher due to the council wanting more rental money for the ground and for the camping! The rise is minimal and therefore should not create a problem as far as we are concerned.

 

Show Car and driver for the Weekend - £7.00

 

Show Car Passengers for the Weekend - £ 4.00

 

Show Car Driver for one day - £ 5.00

 

Show Car Passenger for one day - £ 2.00

 

Camping per day per pitch - £ 4.00 Available on request for Friday night after 7.30 PM (Strict rules as last year)

 

Children under 5 free

 

Children over 5 but under 10 - 50p

 

Children over 10 - £ 1.00

 

Trade stands £ 50.00 per day with £ 20.00 deposit up front for each day- Limited spaces so first come first served.

Show cars will be needed on site by 8.30 a.m at the latest to allow set up time and will not be allowed of site in their cars before 5.00pm unless guided by a marshall!

jack i aint gona be able to make this sorry. car is still with ryan. and wont beable to pick it up untill the 8ish. and dont want to drive it that far on a rebuild.was looking forward to going as i had arranged to meet some mates from that way that i anit seen for 7 years.

was talking to some of the lads at the z club show at blidworth today

none of them knew anything about it

a couple of the lads from doncaster said they would try and get over

it may be worth you putting up a thread on the general discussions
