Anyone know where you can get a pair that can take the weight of a high level spoiler ?

I have a high level spoiler fitted,which I may add ,is alot lighter than a stock one.I have never had a problem keeping it up :x:

Mines fine without the spoiler but with it just falls down all the time :(

Cant imagine a high level rear spoiler being heavier than a 10-14 year stock spoiler thats absorbed all that water over the years and is still held up by the stock struts.

Replacement stock ones then. Yours must be worn?

 

My boot (with stock spoiler) is seriously heavy to lift, its a real physical achievement to lift the thing, and once open it stays open.

Anyone got a set of NEW stockers ?

Have you tried removing the weight on the boot, I think it's a counter balance for the windscreen wiper motor.

There is a lump of weight in the tailgate under the trim just take it out and the tailgate will be fine!
