my house sale fell thru today,

3 people in chain, me at the top, and the bottom person pulled out just before we signed contracts.

 

i'm totally p!ssed off

 

Zed plans have now been selved till i can move

Cant ya rent it out, and still go ahead and buy the new place?

(using the rental income to support the extra mortgate costs?)

great idea, but i need the capital to put down on the new place and to finish the zed :)

 

i'm self employed so i have to put a big deposit down as security to get a mortgage :(
