Still I got the GTR Skyline that I always wanted. The guy I p/x'd it with is selling it for approx £4,500-£5,500 as he hates it because he is a Skyline man through and through.

I bet some will say But you could buy a good Skylark for that.Thing is I dont like Skylines and I never have.

Whatever makes you happy just do it. Hope you have a lot more luck than you did with the Z:(

Yeah that is a shame about your Z going for that much. But what most of us have to realise is that you will never get back anything near what you put into modding any car. Fact of life I'm afraid.

 

Hope you get on well with the Skyline though. ;)

Me too. I paid £4000 for mine just over a year ago. And TBH I would say it's probably worth about £2500 at the current market value and would probably be lucky to get that.

:shock: :cry: one of the first Z's i seen and was impressed by the sheer outragious style. Seen it in the flesh and paintwork was amazing. As Mac says "as long as your happy", thats all that matters.

If you've got the money then it's not a problem, if you haven't then don't do it :eek:

Cheers for all of the comments guys, however my car was not gonna sell in a rush, hence the drastic price drop to get rid of it. Anyways, I'm a happy man now I have got the 'Liner and I will still be frequenting the 300 forum and attending all the Jap shows this year so you haven't seen the last of me.

Sh1t man. i'm sorry you sold the Z at all, but for that price you wouldn't you have been better to keep it and get the Piedinner as well.

 

I'm sorry mate but the Piedinners just don't float my boat at all you could have gone for a Moniera or what ever there called. A 2yr old 386bhp (standard) AWD model import just under 18K and that V8 lump can be tuned to 800+ bhp at a fraction of the cost of tunning a Piedinner.
