Got to work this morning to find a car parked on one of the pick up lorries at my unit, logs littered around the place the adjacent units with big holes through the breeze block walls and metal higher panels , so phoned the owner to say there had been a break in and to come down, turns out that this car had left the road outside the units and hit a sand bank which sent the car over a 7ft wall and landed on top of the lorry, from the sand bank to the lorry was 30 yards :shock: on inspecting the other units it seems that he had hit a log pile just before the sandbank and these had been thrown some 50-60 yards and gone through the wall and roof, this all happened about 4pm yesterday , thank fook I never went to work , the owner of the car is lucky to be alive as there is not much left off it, he never reported the accident until 11pm last night when he went to hospital :confused: have got some pics but need to get them off a camera phone , never seen anything like it
