i know of one person that has lost a father and another that was lucky to have family over here instead of back at home on the srea' lankan coast

my heart goes out to all that have exspirianced natures power.

and can only imagine what they are going through.

my wife donated £50 yesterday

 

& my 15 year old daughter gave another £20 :bow:

 

terrible thing to happen :(

:( I have been in a lot of War torn countries in my time :( but these scenes take the words and feelings out of me :(:(

makes me feel sick with whats happened just cant believe it :cry:

donating £25 aint going to do alot but if it keeps a familey with water for a week im for it

This terrible disaster should be a wake up call to the "WHOLE WORLD" to stop all their petty grievences and wars.Over land, religious beliefs,or any other stupid excuse that mankind comes up with to slaughter fellow man.And to stop and think how lucky they are to have ,what these poor souls have lost and will never have again,that is the gift of "LIFE"

Have a mate out in Thailand that I cant reach.. he is a climbing instructor so all I can hope is he was teaching or climbing at the time. Just keeping me fingers crossed - no news is good news apparently.

 

the whole situation is horrendous as Father to a 3 yr old boy I cant begin to imagine how these people are going to deal with the huge loss of life.
