Hi guys, just having my rad done on the zed so i needed to get to work etc for a couple of days. One of my mates says you can borrow mine if you want.

Its a BMW 850 5 litre V12. Not bad but not as fast as my SWB TT.

Cool - always fancied one of those but thought running costs could be high (isn't it 12 cylinders?)

Amazed it's slower than a Z TT too.

Yes its a V12 my mate paid 10 grand for it but its L reg 57,000 mile full BMW service history. Its okay but a bit refined, for my liking.

Nice cars but it's true, the ZX is quite a bit faster IIRC it takes over 17 to reach 100 - the 850 is a bit lardy ;)

The fast "8" is the 850CSi 5.6 litre with M-tech goodies.

Richard :D

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

it weighs like 1850kg and produces 286bhp apparently and thier modifying potential is somewhat 'limited'

bit crap really :/ 286bhp from a 5.0l V12

Thats the 840i, the 850i V12 is 300bhp - still crap, its an old skool v12, but there were 326bhp and 380bhp versions (ci and csi)

There generally regarded as one of the lesser Bmw's. It never lived up to the 6 series and sales were poor.

A Decent Bmw : :D
