nzr bmw 320i heater probs

some brownie points for the boss here

 

he has an n reg beemer and is having probs with the heater works fine above 1500rpm but below that no heat at all, he has had a new engine and water pump the engine goes up 2 temp just fine and doesnt overheat at all

 

any help much appreceated

    i had the same problem with my 528i. There a valve on the bulkead that packs in about £60 from the main stealers i think.
