Ok, another drawing, now I have shown a segment of the 25mm rad.

The length of this rad is 26.1799mm. 6 of these add up too 157.0794mm for the circumference.

The circumference of the 50mm diameter circle is 3.14159*50=157.0795 so quite close to the AutoCAD maths.

LOL, I have never been to college or university of any kind, but just learned exactly what i needed to know for my job.

Take care.

Cheers buddy

The method to find the centre of a circle

is called bisection. you will need a

rule and a pair of compasses. i would draw a diagram to show you

but i still havent got round to subing yet,so i will attempt to

discribe how to do it.

1: open the compass to about half the diameter of the circle

2:put the point on the circumfrance and draw an arch about half way round

3: the same again so the second arch crosses the first

4: draw a line with the rule threw the points where the archs meet

5: repeat steps 1-4 about 90degrees from the first bicection

6: where the rule bicections meet is the centre!!!!!

SIMPLE SEE !!
