Keep reading threads about this and wondered what speed over the limit is acceptable?

Say its a 30 limit, no one about, the road is well lit, no schooll, no shops, just houses, no parked cars and the road is straight......

 

oh, and you live along it...

30mph...and by that I mean 0mph over the limit or less.

 

but if were talking a 60/70 limit, then I have a completely different opinion.
