Nice switch, same one I've got :D

POWER/HOLD switch;

POWER - This will hold it into the gear for longer when accelerating hard, so that you can make good use of that gear before it'll change up.

HOLD - This will allow you to start off in 1st, then upto 2nd, etc, but for the likes of snow, it doesn't let it go back into 1st, thus you get a better power delivery and traction.

This is how it was described to me anyway. BUT it's NOT advisable to run around with it in either of these modes for long, as it wont do the box any good for excessive use.

Yes just took the old reverse light bulb out and put a red one in, then run a wire to it from the switch, fairly easy job really.

Dave, hopefully (fingers crossed) the car is going into the bodyshop at the begining of 2005 and I will be able to show off your old spoiler, having the stone chip at the bottom smoothed as well. Will get some pictures up for you once its done. :dance: :dance: :dance:
