help needed fuse keeps blowing ???

Hi guys ive just looked at the 300zx translation of fuse box and the one that says light illumination keeps blowing , and I cant seem to work out what to do to sort it can anyone help ).

    When you say the fuse is blowing , what is it that is actually going off? headlights? if it is I had this problem a while ago and found the headlamp bulb was loose and cause an intermittant loss of negative and blew the fuse?
