NZR (almost) My Rides Section Revamp... Help?

I've decided to give it a go and re-vamp my rides section, to make it into one of those where you open to a full web type page instead of the individual links. Well attempt number one is up, and although I cant seem to work out how to get the hyperlinks to work properly, it looks OK.

I've produced it in MS FrontPage, and have uploaded the Index and various pages, but the links just dont work  Any IT tech'y types who know what I'm on about, and can help? Would be much appreciated, thanks

pmsl, yeah sorry Steve, I was having a play with it :smash: and deleted it, I've put it back now :D

although I do find the Blue and green text a little hard to read over the background picture.

Yeah thanks guys, the only one that seems not to be working now is the one for Picture Three  can't think why it shouldn't be working if the others are, it works in Web Preview.

Well anyway it is only version 1.0, lol So I'll improve on it as I get more used to it.

Thanks for taking a look

It was a comprimise, to find a decent colour that didn't clash with everything, something I could improve on :D

Dave,

I just took a look at the pages,

Seem OK, all look to be there and working. Except Image/Page 3

2 things to note.... IMHO...

1. the text is pretty tricky to read with the background image of your car... might want to try to get the image faded out more, using Photoshop etc....

2. again, my opinion only, but when ever I create a website, I always try to make links to external webpages open in a new window, that way you ensure that your viewer always has YOUR webpage available... I Frontpage, this isnt too tricky. Just need to tell the hyperlink to open in a new window, I have attached a screenshot in case you are unfamiliar with Frontpage. Just highlight the actual text you have set as the hyperlink DTA Motorsport, for instance, then presss the Hyperlink button on the toolbar (the 2 chain links together) and you will see the screen as in the screenshot...

Hope that helps

Dave,

I had a QUICK play with photoshop....

What do you think. I reakon it would make the text easier, without detracting from the car..... which is just a background though...

I wont be offended if you think it's sh1te and tell me to bugger off! LOL

Dave, the link to Picture 3 is working..but the actual Image is missing :

(p.s I would recomend avoiding spaces in filenames, as some browsers dont like it)

Thanks chaps, very much appreciated  Always happy for the advise. Will have another shot at it on Wednesday night, and see how I can improve on it.
