A pint of regular beer is 2 units.

 

Pint of Stella (or similar) is more like 2.5 units (or a bit more).

 

Large glass of wine is 2.

 

Double spirit is 2.

 

Basically 1 unit is 1 litre of 1% alcohol (or 100ml of 10% alcohol).

 

So .. be honest ... how much booze do you drink a week?

Currently nothing :cry: due to my painkillers and such, but i would usually have about 20/30 units per week.

Sure have , very hard to get hold of good Absinth in the UK and you have to burn it with sugar or it tastes like crap

Say 1/2 hour per pint, thats 4 units per hour, which is 17.5 hours drinking time per week. One unit per hour to get out of the system which is 70 hours. 49 hours per week sleeping. 45 hours per week working (yeah right try doubling that!).

Nearly T-Total for me too. It's very very rare for me to go out and drink (I usually drive), and almost unheard of for me to drink at home.........unless my little Czech nursey friend has been home to visit her folks and brings back a PROPER bottle of Absinth :bow: :hyper: :D
