Can you please tell me if you had frost this morning where you live?

I need to send a tarantula with parcel force,but I cant send if it freezes tonight.

I looked at lastnights weather and it said it would not freeze,YEA RIGHT! :mac1:

I had to use half a bloody tin of de icer this morning,so can you tell me if you had ice on your windscreen before you went to work.

 

Bloody weather forcast,they are about as accurate as the stock water temp gauge on a Z LOL!

(living in the middle of a built up area, with all the smog generated by Heathrow, it rarely gets that cold - oh, not living up by the Arctic Circle helps too! :tongue: )

Not wanting to be funny Iain but is it actually legal to send a living animal via the postal or courier services? I'm assuming they require proper documentation etc. Would put a whole new meaning to the term "budget travel" ... might just post myself to Holland for New Year's as this will save me somewhere in the region of £120!

Certain living creatures are accepted only if enclosed in packs constructed so as to prevent injury to Parcelforce Worldwide staff, its agents or damage to other parcels. The following are accepted: bees; silkworms; leeches and certain parasites, destroyers of noxious pests, other insects sent to or from officially recognised institutions, mealworms, earthworms, caterpillars, ragworms, pupae and chrysalides, lugworms, maggots and fish fry and eggs. To send any of the above, Parcelforce By 9am, 10am, by noon or Parcelforce 24 services must be used.

No frost in Merseyside - it's very mild here

Up @ 6.30 every morning, only had one frost so far, that

was a week ago. In Oxfordshire, which is pretty close

to wiltshire. Rather mild tonight.

No ice in the Mansfield area bud.just a bit foggy this morning!

http://www.weather.com is the most accurate weather site I look at (and I look at lots regularly including met office, yahoo, BBC and others - sad eh?)

 

Anyway, no frost when I left the house but it wasn't till 8.55 this morning.
