Really Stuck

Help Guys,

I have a major electrical problem!

Here goes: When the ignition is off the front side lights as well as the back lights stay on and all the little lights on the dash flicker. Now when i take the fog light relay out the lights go off but the dash lights still flicker.

And now the temp control cluster does not work i.e the values of temp is not displayed either does any of the buttons.

Any ideas on what to do cause i really am losing hope :(

Any Suggestions would be well appriciated.

Thanks

Paul

Have you checked to see where the relay was getting its power and to where it is earthed ?

No, whats the best way to do that?

Cheers

The fog light realy is it for the rear foglight (i.e aftermarket for an import?)

No it's the relay for the front ones, it's an import so ther is no rear fogs been installed yet.

check the foglight switch (in the cluster) try unpluging that just incase it is that.

It's a shame that you are so far away.

Does the car have an alarm?

Has the speedo been converted as its an import ?
