Do these actually work??? If they do, which is the better one to go for? I'm sick of the sales pitch for these things, so if any of you own them I'd really appreciate your opinions. Dont want to spend loads on it and find its not as good as they say.

Thanks ;)

Road Angel is the mutts nuts, It will pick up all type's of speed camera's, and plenty of notice too!!!

road angel is one of the best m8, especially combined with the subscription

compared to others, BUT no one detector/gps will totally cover you against everything

i've got the road angel and a laser jammer, and now am gonna buy the

road pilot, well over a grands worth but for what it will save me if caught:(

plus they will move car to car, so imo a good investment,

or just stick a block of wood under the go faster pedal;)

origin BLUEi is cool too, perfectly legal (in fact encouraged by the old bill)

laser blinders a brilliant, but probably not very legal... i got one and love it (dont tell the rozzers)

Fairly sure the new Road Angel has built in 360 degree laser detection also as was looking at them in Harry Halfords last week. ;)

Yeah they do work and are light years ahead of crappy radar/laser detectors that mainly alert you to automatic doors at B&Q. I had a Snooper until it got nicked and all it did was constantly false alarm!

Also with the Angel, Morpheous etc. you can update from the web so whenever a mobile Gatso site appears overnight it will be added to the database. I need to get one of these.

My mate has just had a Laser diffuser fitted on his R1, they are cool.
