Subject: Invitation (in English, French, German) to Zmania 2005

 

 

Dear Z Club President and Fellow Z Club members!

 

In the name of the management and membership of the Hungarian Z

Club, please let me propose a next year European Z Club gathering in

Hungary. (late June or early July).

 

The selection of the venues depend on the shown interest and

confirmed preliminary numbers, but would either be at Rabaring in Győr

or at Hungaroring in Budapet.

 

During the event we are going to organise various programs, and

exhibitions, such as best looking car or racing and ability competitions

in different Z classes.

 

We are also going to invite different sponsors and related tuning

exhibitors from all over Europe, for serving with wide variety of

programs for the participants.

 

If you and your members are interested attending on such a gatherings

please make some preliminary survey of the acceptance and let me

know your response by the earliest possible time, but not later than

end of November.

 

The proposed programs and specific details will be prepared and

available after the collected and analysed responses.

Chèrs présidents et membres des clubs Z fans!

 

Permettez-nous, au nom des membres et du président de notre Zclub

de Hongrie (Zclub Hungary) de vous présenter nos intentions

concernant l’événement international "Zmania 2005" que nous

souhaitons organiser en Hongrie.

 

Selon le nombre de clubs et de participants, les événements les plus

importants auraient lieu au Hungaroring de Budapest ou au Ràbaring

de Győr lors d'un des week-ends du début de l’été 2005.

 

En ce qui concerne les sponsors, nous attendons leur présence sur

place pour toute l’Europe, ainsi que leur participation financière. Il

s'agirait des Concessionnaires Nissan, des garages pour Z fans, Pièces

détachées, Pneus, Hi fi, Médias etc…

 

Si notre proposition retient votre intérêt, ce que nous espérons très

vivement, je vous remercie de consulter vos membres et de me faire

connaître ceux qui viendraient participer à cet événement "Zmania

2005".

 

Vous pouvez de me contacter par e-mail jusqu’à la mi-novembre 2004

et me communiquer le nombre de participants et de Zcars envisagés et

me faire connaître toutes idées que vous pourriez émettre a ce sujet et

qui donnerait à cet événement plus d'ampleur.

Sehr geehrte Z Club Vorsitzende und Clubmitglieder,

 

in Namen der Z Fun Club Vorsitzende und Mitglieder bitte erlaubt mir

die Idee eine Z Treffen im Jahr 2005 in Ungarn vorzuschlagen.

Nach unserer Planung würden die wichtigsten Ereignisse – abhängig

von der Zahl der Anmeldungen - entweder in Budapest Hungaroring

oder in Győr Rábaring stattfinden.

Im Rahmen der Veranstaltung schlagen wir folgende Programme vor:

Rennwagen Ausstellung, Beschleunigungsrennen und Rennen in

andere verschiedene Kategorien sowie Schöncheit und

Geschichtlichkeit.

Die europäische Sponsoren sind natürlich nicht nur wegen finanzielle

Unterstützung gerne erwartet, Ihre persönliche Anwesenheit ist auch

unter den Mitglieder erwünscht (Tuning, Spare, Tyre, Hify Parts and

Business, Nissan Vertragswerkstätten, Gebietsvertreter, Medien

Repräsentanten).

Falls diese Planung Eure Interesse erweckt hat möchte ich Euch bitten

unter Eure Club Mitgliedskreis eine Umfrage zu machen. Die geschätzte

Teilnehmerzahl würde bei unseren Organisationsarbeiten enorm

weiterhelfen.

It's a long way to drive,trust me I done this in 1989 Dover to Belgium,to Germany to Austria then into Hungary 17 hrs without stoping :eek:
