Andy Barnes is certainly coming on leaps and bounds with his awesome R34, saw it at Trax two years ago but 9.68 secs at 144mph is mental quick. Fair play to him.

I think Andy has retired the car. It takes a huge amount of effort and a considerable amount of money to run these times on a regular basis. However, I know of two other cars that are in preparation with the aim of beating Andy's time! 2005 is gona be a fun year!

He's going in the new Pro Class next year with an all out R33

Yes I've seen it in the workshop. Or the bodyshell at least. The engine in a large wooden box in one corner just waiting to go in. They've got a lot to do but it promises to be really something when it's done!

Has Andy's mate still got the Evo VIII that even mullered the bikes on the 0-60 at Trax two years ago? Think he ran a 3.4 and a 2.9 secs.
