Done it to a mini (sounded great!) but you know these zeds and their safety features etc hehe

Cheers

Duffer was b0llocked by the rozzers for it :(

Yeh he begged to be handcuffed and and whipped, but thats a different story, AFAIK he just got a warning about noise levels.

I've moved mine around, but it is seriously loud, think of the V8's at Santapod without exhausts - sounds like that.

don't think I'd drive on the road like that though

sounds cool though :hyper:

Arse! The exhaust place I had hoped would fit me in tonight cant fit me in.

What sort of job is it removing downpipes from under the car with jacks/stands? :(

It takes longer to get the car on the stands than to take the whole exhaust off mate ;)

:D One of the neighbours called the police saying we were 'racing round the block' LMAO Filth turned up and we explained that it just sounded that way because there were no exhausts, at which point he started telling us about his mate who had an R34 skyline and what he'd done to it. Was a sound bloke TBH and was perfectly understanding. IF it had been a different piglet then we would have got a warning for noise pollution/disturbing the peace (I've already had a verbal for disturbing the peace  so that would have been a bit worse LOL). Alls good though and the neighbour who reported us now gets abused on a regular basis on the way home from the pub :slap::D

PMSL

Andy will the car be high enough to remove the downpipes ok with the car on stands?

Cheers

Yeah you should be ok mate :) Sorry I did actually mean to answer that for you too LOL

Get the car in the air and undo the 3 bolts where the cat pipes meet the turbo downpipes, undo the exhaust rubbers, remove the centre tunnel brace (you'll see which part I mean) and the exhaust should fall off :)
