MotorsTV on Sky (and probably Cable as well) quite often shows it (fairly sure that's the channel anyhow).. Ch 413 on Sky (not Men & Motors, that just shows cr*p and pr0n.. ;))

Not on cable. or at least its not on my listings.

The JGTC is usually on about 1am or so, so it's a late night affair - but I sometimes catch it winding down from work. Sadly, there are no motors.tv listings on Digiguide, so I can't tell when it's next on - d'oh.
