Z centre does one for about £50 I got one and its great, but this is cheap got to be worth a go!

He also sells TURBO XS DUMP VALVES the same as mine, dirt cheap. Can some one explain how that twin air intake works,as I just cant figure it out at all, just does not seem right or is it me being thick.

my short shifter was from the UK - delivered was 20 quid all in, and it rocks. That was off ebay. I can find the blokes details if you like?

In fact i think it was about 15 quid

You mean this one - http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=38634&item=7929413339&rd=1 ?

Looks OK to me - two silicone hoses attach the elbows to the plastic intakes (that disappear off to the turbos), then on one side you attach the MAF to the elbow via a second silicone hose, and on the other side you attach the 'pretend MAF' (the long metal pipe with a flange) with the other bit of silicone hose.

The two flanges with short bits of pipe then bolt on - one to the MAF and one to the pretend MAF, and you attach universal filters over the bit of pipe that's left sticking out.

The long hose, T piece and washer are part of the 'driveability mod' - you have to tap into the drivers side recirc valve (or somewhere else on the high pressure side of the system, drivers side) and then pipe that air via the long hose into the idle air system on the passenger side - the washer is a restrictor to keep the flow even. Otherwise the idle metering would be off, as the idle air (stock) is only drawn from the passenger side intake tract.

(If you accidentally take the idle feed off the low pressure (before the turbo) section on the drivers side, the car runs pig rich and backfires on every gearchange.. Oh, and you end up failing an MOT. Ask me how I know.. - I blame Duffers for that entirely ;))

Then you just need a chip that knows you're only metering half the air and job done..

Seems fair enough Bud
