I had problems with my lights circuit blowing a fuse when I turned on my inner brake light conversion and it turned out to be wires going to the side markers that were run over the top of the exhausts  that were shorting out the circuit

Anyway, I got rid of that shit job someone did and I now need to know the best way to feed the wires down to the side markers. I had a look down the sides from the boot but couldn't see a way to get down to them.

What is the best way?

Surely you dont have to run the wires on the outside and underneath the back bumper?

Hi Chris,

You can actually feed the wires to the rear side markers through the boot and down to the side markers - I did this on my car and although it takes a lot of patience it does work ... Unfortunately I can't remember where exactly the gap is because I did it over 3 years ago  I've seen other Zeds where the side markers were fed from the rear numberplate lights and the wires passed over the exhaust tie-wrapped to the inside of the bumper - that might work for you ...

HTH

Cheers!

Danny

Cheers Danny ... I will have to give it a really good look over.

Would prefer to feed from the boot down if possible rather from the numberplate. I thought there would be a way of getting down there somehow.

Thanks

Chris
