Fibreglass replacement oem spoiler

Can anyone give any words of advice if buying this spoiler to fit onto my Z, as in what condition it comes in and how much prep work was needed before it could be painted up and fitted. Did it fit well or did it need bending or excessive filler to make it fit flush?

Is it just easier to have the back end made flush with the perspex panel?

Thanks in advance.

Ive done three of these now, and never had any major problem with any of them. The spoiler will come in a gel coat, which may require some light filling and definately a spray job.

With care taking off the original, and no rust damage underneath, you can then bond the painted item onto the car relatively easily. Some will say get it painted on the car, its an opinion.

I uses silcaflex22 to bond the spoiler on, you can use the nissan kit, but it is expensive and to my mind fiddly.

The only experience I have had with the infill panel , is that the one I had leaked.
